Chief Executive Officer

Paul Boulos is one of the world’s foremost experts on water resources and navigation engineering and the author of ten authoritative books and over 200 technical articles on issues critical to the water and wastewater industry. He was elected to the National Academy of Engineering and to the grade of Distinguished Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He has received numerous honors and awards, including the ASCE Parcel-Sverdrup Civil Engineering Management Award, the ASCE Simon W. Freese Environmental Engineering Award and Lecture, the University of Kentucky Hall of Distinction, and the U.S. Ellis Island Medal of Honor, among many others.

Prior to Digital Water Works, Paul was Chairman and CEO of Innovyze, and President of MWH Global and a member of its Board of Directors. Paul holds a B.S. in general science from the Lebanese American University, as well as a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.






Chief Operating Officer

Ram Pratti joined Digital Water Works as Chief Operating Officer from Bentley Systems where he served as Vice President of Customer Success, responsible for enabling strategic ENR500 organizations around the globe to Accelerate Going Digital. In that role, he acted on behalf of customers as their advocate, and helps them achieve maximum value from their investment in Bentley solutions.

Prior to Bentley Systems, Ram spent more than 20 years at Weston Solutions, Inc., a global Environmental and Infrastructure Solutions firm, where he was responsible for a wide range of operational, technology and financial functions. He held various senior management positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President and Managing Director of Global Operations.

Having held a variety of roles in Asia and America, his diversified in-depth progressive experience includes unique blend of executive leadership, stakeholder engagement, information technology, product management, consulting, client development, team building and global operations.

Ram holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Andhra University, India; and an M.S. with specializations in computer science, GIS and management information systems from Minnesota State University; and has completed Leading Strategic Growth executive course at Columbia University.
